Before you start
Requirements
Fal and Replicate are free to sign up for. You top up a balance and spend it as you generate, neither is a subscription, and neither is the license. $30 in total gets both required accounts funded. None of it is a fee, it is your own balance, and it only goes down when you generate something.
Do I also need a Vsub Cloud plan?
No. The BYOK license stands on its own. You need a Vsub account because that is what the license is granted to, but the free plan is enough, BYOK never spends cloud credits. Buying the license cancels an existing cloud subscription on this workspace.
Which keys are required?
Fal.ai and Replicate. Connect both on the Bring Your Keys page before you create jobs. Google AI Studio and ElevenLabs are optional.
How is rendering charged?
$0.1/min from your cash balance. The license includes $40 to start. Generation itself is billed by Fal, Replicate, and any other provider you connect, Vsub does not mark those up.
Can I switch back to cloud credits?
Yes, from the BYOK switch in the header, if you have an active paid plan. The free plan has no credits to fall back to.
Is it really cheaper than a cloud plan?
Per video, yes: with the required keys connected you pay generation at cost, plus $0.1/min to render. Whether the one-time $490 license pays for itself depends on how much you make.
Do you have a refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our product.
