These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vsub.io's services, including our website, social media management platform, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

vsub.io provides a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and manage content across various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest. Our Services may include:

• Content scheduling and publishing
• Social media account management
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Content creation and management features
• Team collaboration tools

To access our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. By choosing a paid subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees according to your selected plan
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Allow automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Accept responsibility for all applicable taxes and fees

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through our Services ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a license to:

• Store, display, and distribute your User Content
• Modify and adapt User Content as necessary to provide the Services
• Use User Content for service improvement and analysis, except voice recordings uploaded for text-to-speech, which we only use as described in Voice Samples

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
• Use the Services for spam or abusive purposes
• Violate any third-party platform terms of service

If you upload a voice recording for text-to-speech, you represent that the recording is of your own voice or that you have the speaker's permission to use it this way.

You grant us a limited license to store that recording and to synthesize speech from it for your workspace. We do not use uploaded voice recordings to train a shared speech model, and we do not add them to a public voice library.

Do not upload someone else's voice without consent. If you believe a voice on the Services uses your voice or another recording without permission, email [email protected] with a description, any relevant links, and how we can reach you. Workspace members can also report a voice in the voice picker. We may remove the voice and delete the sample.

Our Services integrate with various social media platforms. Your use of these platforms through our Services is subject to each platform's respective terms of service:

• Instagram and related Meta platforms
• YouTube and Google services
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• X (formerly Twitter)
• Pinterest

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services:

• For violation of these Terms
• For abusive or fraudulent behavior
• For non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform changes or availability
• Content deletion or failed publishing
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
